Bakersfield, California – On Saturday, April 20th, a significant accident involving two off-road vehicles occurred in Kern County. The head-on collision took place on a dirt road south of Jawbone Cyn Rd, located in the eastern region.
The Kern County Fire Department responded promptly, arriving at the accident scene during the afternoon.
As a result of the collision on Jawbone Cyn Rd, one person sustained severe injuries and was transported to the hospital via Mercy Air 14. Additionally, another individual, with minor injuries, was taken to the hospital by ground ambulance.
