Crane Operator Arrested After Impacting Multiple Vehicles in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, California – In the early hours of Friday morning, a crane operator was arrested after colliding with multiple parked cars and one in motion in the heart of Los Angeles.

Around 3 a.m., a report of the crash on the 1800 block of Griffith Avenue was received. A shocking video captured the moment the crane overturned, landing on parked vehicles as it traveled down the street.

The driver responsible for the initial collision was taken from the scene in unknown condition, as reported by the video news provider OnScene.TV.

The negligent driver in Los Angeles was attended to and later arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

A resident who came out of her home after hearing the loud crash reported that at least five vehicles were involved in the incident. She described the experience as “a loud crash. It was like an explosion… It was just terrifying,” she said.

In response to the incident, the Los Angeles Police Department arrived at the scene to conduct the necessary investigation.
