Tulare County, California – A man lost his life after being struck by a train in Tulare, near Highway 16 and Avenue 392, south of Kingsburg.
Reports from Union Pacific authorities indicate that the fatal incident occurred around 7:40 am. The individual, whose identity has not yet been disclosed, was hit by the train outside a pedestrian crossing zone.
Following the impact, emergency teams were deployed to provide assistance. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident.
Despite the tragedy, it is reported that none of the train crew members were injured in the accident.
