Visalia, California – The Visalia Police Department reports that the incident occurred around 11:15 pm on Noble Avenue near Ben Maddox Way.
According to authorities, the driver collided with a railroad crossing pole. Upon arrival, they found the driver trapped inside the vehicle.
Fire crews managed to free the driver from the car; however, tragically, they were pronounced dead at the scene.
