Fire in Bakersfield: Vehicles Engulfed in Flames and Black Smoke Disrupt Traffic 

According to a report from the Kern County Fire Department, multiple vehicle fires and huge clouds of black smoke disrupted traffic flow on East Belle Terrace on Wednesday afternoon.

The fire broke out just after noon at the intersection of East Belle Terrace and South Washington Street. Three vehicles and a motor home were engulfed in flames inside a tire yard in Cottonwood. Both Kern County firefighters and Bakersfield Police quickly responded to the scene.
