A devastating four-vehicle accident has left one person dead and three injured, all due to distracted driving. The California Highway Patrol has reported the details of this unfortunate incident that occurred on Goodfellow Avenue, west of Vista Avenue.

The investigation suggests that the Dinuba driver, identified in the California Highway Patrol collision report as Anise Huerta, was not paying proper attention while driving her Chevy Silverado. This lack of attention led her to collide with three vehicles in rapid succession.
In a desperate attempt to avoid rear-ending a slowing Toyota Camry, the Silverado driver abruptly veered to the left, entering oncoming traffic. However, despite her efforts, Huerta still collided with the Camry in front of her.
