New P Diddy Lawsuit Alleges Assault of An Aspiring Musician

New York City, NY – A new P Diddy lawsuit has been filed alleging that the music mogul sexually assaulted a 17-year-old aspiring musician in 2008 during an audition for the reality series Making the Band. The plaintiff, who has not been named, claims the incident occurred over a three-day audition process, during which Sean “P Diddy” Combs allegedly coerced him into performing sexual acts.

This suit is among the latest in a series of lawsuits in which accusers allege Combs assaulted them over the past two decades. Many of these accusations describe incidents at parties and private meetings, with plaintiffs claiming Combs used intimidation, violence, and blackmail to silence his victims.

Combs’ legal team has denied these allegations, describing the recent lawsuits as publicity stunts orchestrated by attorney Anthony Buzbee, who represents over 150 individuals claiming victimhood at the hands of the music producer. Buzbee, who has filed at least 17 lawsuits, states that Combs’ pattern of alleged behavior includes coercion and manipulation of young people hoping to break into the music industry.

In one of the other lawsuits, an unnamed 10-year-old boy aspiring to be an actor and rapper was allegedly given a drug-laced drink by a Combs associate during a supposed audition. The child was threatened with harm to his family if he spoke about the incident, according to the lawsuit.

Combs remains in custody in New York after pleading not guilty to federal sex assault and trafficking charges following his September 16 arrest. His legal team insists he will be exonerated, maintaining that Combs “never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor.” The criminal trial is set for May 5, 2025.

Both recent lawsuits have been filed under New York City’s Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act. This law allows survivors to pursue legal action despite any expired statute of limitations.

These P Diddy lawsuits paint a deeply troubling picture; our thoughts are with those who have come forward. The courage
